Personal life Vs PRofession

Should a person be judged by his profession or his pesonal life?? With advancement of print and visual media the virtuoso have got credit and popularity as never before. If you have talent it will get accounted (at least) by media. Many celebrities have borne like this only(may be ephemeral who cares!.). With increasing effect of media on socio-economic life of people these celebrities have become the new mark and standards of society. Its also bringing huge paychecks to big companies and themselves (celebs) in terms of advertising. Sometimes mass even show aphorism of these celebs. These are all pros. But its cons are more threatening. All over it has caused greater exposure into celebrties private life. With increasing sting operators and digital devices they are always being captured by someone hidden back at the corner. And as audience is much interested in these page 3 gossips they flare-up like fire in petrol in country. So whats the outcome? One is being much talked about his personal life rather his professional life and performances. This has put extra pressure and anxiety among celebrities. So if we see from point of view of good professionals (being celebrity) is curse to one's personal life. There are so many examples like Mr.Amitabh Bachchan(Do I need to remind u his complex PL at early stage) ,Amir Khan, Salman Rushdie etc. It somehow somewhere hampers their profession. So Am I here to advocate these celebrities, NO. My point is "Is it right to judge virtuoso by his personal life?". No one is good in every field. Every human kind has got issues and he has to pass through low phase. Then why so much media repurcusions(Whats correct spelling??!!) about them .Why don't we just take them as entertainer and professionals and let them do their business. However this is not the end of story. Ther are some celebrities who use media as source for publicity no matter how does it come. Take the blatant act of Rakhi Sawant or Britney Spears or Paris Hilton to gain the publicity. So who is really responsible for all this. Being celebrities throws some responsibilty on oneself to act as noble(at least when camera is on,As per as personal life concerned. Iam not talking about bodice ripper) so that public don't get vicillated. They should keep in mind that they(celebs) are being treated as modern standards and mark of society. Their act directly affects social change(larger than anyother medium). Also its the responsibilty of Media to understand its role in society's growth and development. It should be understood clearly that "The media's the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that's power. Because they control the minds of the masses.” (QUoted by MAlcom X) . However people are more aware of the real truth behind these stories now thanks to internet, blogs etc. But still large mass of popullation in country like India goes with celebrity perception. So now its upon you to decide what prevails personal life or profession..Please do comment..

THE WORLD IS NOT FLAT

The world is small now but its not flat. The fast growing internet/communication has bridged the gap. It has crossed over even the sempiternal boundaries of Atarctika and Sahara desert. Globalisation has obliterated demographical boundaries. Albeit all this has effectuated in abrupt socio- economic change but it NO where concludes that "THE World is Flat". Just IT , outsourcing (BPO,KPO etc.) can't lead to flatness.Physically flatness means where one could see in other's eyes without any deterrence and could walk in shoulder to shoulder with others. In context to world politics flatness is function of capital and power. These factors reside with only few developed countries. Today world is devided in two. Pro USA and non-pro USA nations. By bearing 21% of total expenditure of UNO, US holds authoritative position. US rules over world under the cover of UNO. All world policies are inscribed in favour of few ones. For instance arrogation of Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebnan etc are few examples. Sometimes they absolve the situation like ostracize of Talibans from Afghanistan and dethrone of Saddam's aristocracy. But on lucubration one would find that all these were not just acted to bring calm and peace. Its aim was to intimidate countries which are trying to go against USA ,legally or illegally (It doesn't matters) and to hold strong position on oil basins(energy sources). On one side nuclear tests of Iran and N. Korea are described as act of terrorism and on other side USA is not ready to recognise the Pakistan's abetted terrorism against India. The world has been under " war of attrition" with terrorists for decades but still its definition is not yet unified( even some of terrorists developed under the supervision of USA during cold wars to de-escalate USSR). Whatsoever all this has ruined many innocents. Causualities in wars like this appalingly include large percentage of childrens(who r said to be the future of the nation). So how can one think of flat world with such offensive position of USA and its subsidiaries like U.K. Apart from centralised power the economic gap between developed and developing countries still exist. Though globalisation has proved avant garde in ITs and outsourcing, sectors directly affecting general masses like agriculture and manufacturing are still in dark.New globaliation pact of WTO contains many vile recommentdations which would just aggravate the situatoin. Bridge gap b/w two(developed and developing nations) would widen. Childrens are still drying of hunger and starvation. 40% of world popullation still living in slump. WIth so much contrast how world is flat?. World can be flat only when our ideologies match, we all work together for the welfare of mankind. But is all this possible in this prerogative world?

INTERNET--Paradigm shift in human life

When Tim Berner Lee invented INTERNET it was acclaimed as revolutionary stage for science and technology. Furthur blockbusters like Windows and Machintosh commercialized the domino effect and made the computers (which were regarded before as deluxe for only technical purpose and matters of affulents only) important amenity of every household. PCs with internet brought abrupt change in social life of mankind. World contracted to the tip of one's fingers. E-mails, messengers, forums etc. brought peoples closer as never before. Throughout it effectuated new human realtionship. It has loosen the demographical boundaries of nation, caste and religion. Community forums like ORKUT, Friendster, Hi5 have brought new breakthrough. You are connected to all its users through serial chain network.May be your relationship starts with status "haven't met", then accrue to "acquaitances" and furthur to "friends and best friend". So it has provided best medium to make new friends, expand your community and relationships. Today many serious relationships have even initiated from e-world itself. Sometimes its unreliable as people flirt and bluff by fake identities though innocuous if used diligently. Even if got entangled who cares if everyone here is just to seethe and overcome his anxiety after exhaustive work load throughout daylife. Through emergence of Blogs one can express his beliefs, ideas which are open to the world. On one hand it brings awareness about the current affairs, on other hand accretion of ingenousness. E-chaupal, E-Doctor's consultation ,Outsourced call centres etc. are some of its other effects .But alike other means its not always beneficial. It has got it pros and cons.Private and personal boundaries have got confined. Insecurity increases with exposure. Many cyber crimes have resulted havoc in society. For illustration blogs sometime also lead severe results. You can uinderstand it well by fact that Governement of India has recently blocked some blogs for security concers to inhibit the apprisal among millitants(Another topic of discussion!). But we shouldn't blame internet for that. Is it not eno ugh that people have become interested in chatting/communicating to others and curiously expressing themselves(as it also acts as means of expose to the outer world.)when he doesn't have even tme to look upon his neighbours. Everything calls for responsibilty. Its the duty and responsibilty of users to make it flourish well. Matters of national dignity and integrity should be maintained. Cyber-Laws must be modified by government to ensure regular vigil on crimes. In short enjoy having whole world under your palm's reach but use it diligently with responsibility.

Professionalism Vs Passion

Nothing great on this earth has been accomplished without PASSION.If someone has desire to be great and puts his hundred percent with right attitude to his profession(may not be his passionating field) and another do the same to his passion I am sure the passion wins. Eureka comes only through passion not profession. The world is full of examples.I need not enumerate those. So probability says chances of winning are greater for passion than your profession. But remember its not easy to conquest through passion than profession. But as far as PROFESSION is considered its not always decided by your passion itself.Profession is environmental. It comes according your condition and requirements but passoin is free from all these constraints. And perfection comes free from constraints.U choose profession according to the conditions.U just grab the opportunity when it knocks your door. But for passion sometimes you need to build up the door and and create ypur own opportunity untill then u r just adrift.. As per say "High return prevails with high risk". And its better to take risk at early stage than to repent for the whole life. So be passionate. As someone has said "Your profession is not what brings home your paycheck. Your profession is what you were put on earth to do. With such passion and such intensity that it becomes everlasting".But its not just passion which brings success. What I think is in todays scenario you need to be professional in your job and its "sone par suhaaga" if its related to your passion. For you its your passion what matters but for the whole world its your ability in profession what counts. So every coup is the combination of profession and passion. So if want to be winner take the risk and fight for it with full desire, dedication and detemination. However if still vicillated follow this "DO YOUR BEST AND LEAVE THE REST"
Contd.....

Terrorism

Terrorism is the use of violence (or threat of violence) against civilians in order to attain goals that are political or religious or ideological in nature; this is done through intimidation or coercion or instilling fear.Until now millions of millions have died due to its terror effect. Most of victims are innocents(including childrens) who have nothing to do with their(terrorist's) ideologies. Now terrorism is being enhanced by two groups. One is which has got rule over its nation by intrusion and wants to spread its terror through out world. And other is where they are fighting against their democratic system of governmen. Whatsoever it aims at attaining political power. But its time to think, from where did it get birth, what are the cause of Terrorism? Was British colonisation of Commonwealth coutries not a kind of terrorism?.India is suffering from this problem right from independence. On one side its Kashmiri millitants and on other side ULFA and Maowadi group. But why it couldn't be recognised by superpowers of World like USA ,U.K. before? Terrorism is the most talked and scribed topic mainly after 9/11 incident. There has been paradigm shift in its definition. It clearly coverted rest of world that any one sharing hands with terrorists will be treated as criminal. But this wouldn't have been situation if these measures taken earlier. The attackers in USA were grown by USA itself for selfish purposes to dominate USSR during Cold War.Its an irony that now USA has spent billions of dollars to capture same Laden who once was its authentic friend. However its never late to service for mankind. Now the whole world has to act in conjunction against terror. This should be well understood by terrorists that few casualities are going to resolve issues like Kashmir. If you have some issues, ideologies which are feasible and which suppress your rights you are free to express in this world of growing information revolution. So why don't they choose this path? No nation like India can ever give even a square inch of land to people who are resoponsible for death of so many innocent lives. But in order to fight against these terrors we must strengthen out internal bondness.Terrorism is not always from outside,it may also grow within country. IT is to ensure that country is in safer hands. Its the rensponsibilty of each and every citizen to make country terror free.Everyone should enjoy the fundamental rights of equality to religion, caste. and judiciary. Freedom of speech, faith and expression should be given to citizens.Imbalanced growth of nation may also lead to anxiety and chaos.Decentralisaion is the best solution.Every part should be given equal care and fund. But for all that people must be educated . There should be policies to bring awareness among citizens. But just saying is not all. How to achieve all this? Is it possible to achive in country like India which is suffering from corrupted politics and its bureaucracy? All this in next post. Now going for sleep now..

Music without Vision

"Tum mujhe yoon bhula na paaoge",while recording this legendery song Rafi ji would have never felt that Indian music will deminish so rapidly after their saga.Days are gone when music was passion rather than profession. The lyricist, music director ,playback singers all used to work at their best. How one can forget trio of Kishore Rafi and Mukesh, lyricts like Majroof Sultanpuri,Anand,Badayuni,Music Dir. like S.D saab R.D,LP jodi etc.Their work was so perfect that even today most of music businees is done by remixes of old melodies.Movies used to b remebered by their songs.Todays songs provide ephemeral joy(even only few of them). It seems it has overblown. But whats the reason?Having developed so mush in technology of audio and visuals, having so much money involved in entertainment where is the fault really?
Have we lost the interest or they lost thier commitment? Good music is always soothing to ear.Even today's Yash Chopra's love theme are all time block-buster with good script, lovable music etc. and make huge money, why others don't try for it? In my opinion its not only their(music producers) fault but somehow we r also responsible for this downfall. In this very fast growing world in order to gain fame and crdeit we have become perfunctory in nature. No one wants to labour hard if money(hence comfort) comes out easy way in growing economy.Earlier the movies were only plateform to gain credits. But now Albums,Shows etc have become popullar. For most times Albums are better than movie songs which r more profittable. Its because everyone thinks economically,no compassion for music. Though there r some efforts lke Indion Idol ,Fame Gururkul made to exploit the excellence among commonmen but even their cause are sometimes objectionable(like sms voting criteria in II).Efforts should be taken for improvement in lyrics and music. Its the soul of music.

But one thing I could not understand that something without profit can't sustain in todays world. It means even being so mean they r making money. So who cares about quality.Either we have become habitual to these ephemeral songs(we don't have time to look upon) or peoples taste have chaged. But who doesn't thrill on DDLJ music or who is not influenced by Vandemataram composition by A R Rehman(epic of indian music). Whatever may be the reason it is lost for listeners like me who can't sustain the song without lyrics and music. We will have to rely our old melodies and few(very few from Lata ji,Jagjit,Sonu etc.) new ones which make their presence.Chala jata hoon kisis ke dhun mein dhadakte dil ke taraane liye......
